In a dense forest, there lived a family of rabbits in a cozy cave home. Outside their cave, they grew rows of vibrant orange carrots. The family consisted of Daddy Rabbit, Mommy Rabbit, and their curious little Baby Rabbit, who loved to explore far and wide despite his parents' warnings. Daddy Rabbit: “Baby Rabbit, you mustn’t wander off without telling us! It’s dangerous out there.”

Mommy Rabbit: “Listen to your father, little one. The forest is vast, and you could easily get lost.”

But Baby Rabbit’s curiosity always got the better of him.

One peaceful morning, while his parents were still asleep, Baby Rabbit quietly unlatched the gate and skipped outside. The sun was shining, and colorful butterflies fluttered by, catching Baby Rabbit’s eye.

Baby Rabbit: “Wow, look at those beautiful butterflies! I wonder where they’re going.”

Chasing after the butterflies, Baby Rabbit ventured farther than ever before. Suddenly, he found himself in front of a sly-looking wolf.

Wolf: “Hello there, little rabbit. Have you ever seen a wolf before?”

Baby Rabbit: “No, I haven’t.”

Wolf: “I’m a friend of your father. Come with me, and I’ll make you a delicious carrot dish.”

Trusting the wolf, Baby Rabbit followed him deeper into the forest. But lurking nearby was Cow, a friend of Baby Rabbit’s mother, who saw what was happening.

Cow: “Oh no, that wolf is up to no good! I must inform Baby Rabbit’s parents.”

The Cow raced back to the rabbit family’s cave.

Cow: “Mommy Rabbit! Daddy Rabbit! The Baby Rabbit is following a wolf! We must save him!”

The three of them hurried towards the wolf’s lair. When they arrived, they saw Baby

Rabbit inside the wolf’s cave, tied up with a rope, and the wolf was boiling a pot of water.

Daddy Rabbit: “What do we do? We can’t fight the wolf!”

Cow: “I have an idea. I’ll call the wolf outside. When he comes after me, you two can rescue Baby Rabbit.”

Mommy Rabbit: “But what about you?”

Cow: “Don’t worry about me. The wolf can’t catch me; I’m too fast.”

With a plan in place, Cow called out to the wolf.

Cow: “Hey, Wolf! Come and catch me if you can!”

The wolf, eager for a larger meal, rushed outside. As he chased the Cow, Mommy Rabbit and Daddy Rabbit quickly entered the cave and untied Baby Rabbit.

Baby Rabbit: “Thank you, Mommy and Daddy! I’m so sorry for not listening to you.”

They hurried back home, safe and sound. The Cow joined them soon after, having outrun the wolf.

Mommy Rabbit: “We’re so glad you’re safe. Always remember to stay close to home or tell us where you’re going.”

Daddy Rabbit: “Promise us you’ll listen next time, little one.”

Baby Rabbit: “I promise! I’ve learned my lesson. Thank you, everyone!”

With hugs and grateful words, the family was reunited, and Baby Rabbit knew he would always remember the importance of listening to his parents and staying safe.
